Avocado Oil is rich in Vitamin A, B1, B2, D, and E as well as sterols, pantothenic acid, lecithin, potassium, protein, beta carotene, and amino acids.

For Dry Hair
If your hair is on the drier side, avocado oil is the great leave-in conditioner and can help to restore hair moisture and softness. Apply a few drops when hair is still damp or once it’s dry before hair styling and distributes evenly.

For Skin
Massage a good amount of avocado oil into your skin after you bathe. You can use the avocado oil by itself, or add a few drops to one of your everyday body lotions.

For Face
