  • Are all your products imported from Brazil?

    Almost all of our products are imported from Brazil.

  • Are the products shipped from Brazil to the United States directly to the customer?

    No, our products are stored in our warehouse currently located in Jacksonville - Florida.

  • Why don't you answer the phone?

    We are a family-owned company so we work with a very small number of employees. We do this to ensure a competitive price. You can reach us by sending us an email, using the chat on our website or sending a message by SMS or WhatsApp. See our Contact Page.
    • Do you have an actual physical store?

      Currently we don't own a traditional storefront; the products are maintained in our warehouse/office.

    • Do you serve the customer at the warehouse/office?

      We are available to attend costumers with a small beforehand notice. If you are in the area you can contact us and we will set a good time to meet you and show you our products.

    • Can I buy online and pick up the product in the warehouse?

      Yes, if you are in the Jacksonville area you can pick up your products in our office. Just leave a note on your order or contact us and we'll refund any shipping costs. Our times for product pickups is from 10:00-4:30.

    • Why do some oils and butters have a different (sometimes rancid) smell? Are they spoiled?

      We try to maintain a certain consistency but because they are all-natural oils and vegetable butters (with no additives or colorants), they can vary in color, odor, and consistency depending on the conditions of planting/harvesting of the region they are collected. these variables do not interfere with the quality of the product.

      Essentially, they are raw products. Some may have a non-pleasant characteristic smell, but this does not mean that the product is spoiled. We love our products and take great care of them to ensure their quality.
